Story by Courier & Press - Hidden camera leads to arrest of Cynthiana man on child porn, voyeurism charges
CYNTHIANA, Ind. — A Cynthiana man was arrested after a camera found hidden inside the vent of a home bathroom allegedly contained recordings of nude children.
The suspect, 37-year-old Jesse Edward Titzer, told detectives he placed the camera there to catch an adult renter on video while she was naked, according to a news release from the Posey County Sheriff's Office.
Titzer was arrested on preliminary charges of child exploitation, possession of child pornography and voyeurism.
He's being held in the Posey County Jail without bond because he is on federal probation for drug trafficking charges out of Indianapolis.
